Terms of Service

        AS AN ARTIST...✮ I maintain full ownership to the commission piece.✮ I maintain the right to post the piece to social media platforms and/or include it in my portfolio.✮ I have the right to refuse any commission if it is too complex, and/or it makes me uncomfortable and/or I am simply unable to draw it.

      YOU, AS A CLIENT...✮MAY NOT claim my art as yours✮ MUST credit me if you post the commissioned work to online sites or use my art on your profile (e.g. profile pictures, headers)✮ MAY crop the piece to whatever size.✮ MAY request for minor edits and alterations to the piece before I finalise it.✮ MUST keep my art style in mind. DO NOT commission me if my style is not to your liking or isn't what you're looking for.✮ MAY refer to my previous artworks if you liked certain aspects of it and would like it to be included in the piece.✮ MAY NOT use my artworks for commercial use.

         KEEP IN MIND...✮ I WILL NOT DRAW:

⟡ mecha
⟡ problematic stuff (e.g. incest, pedophilia).✮ I CAN DRAW:

⟡ ships of real people (only if they’ve consented to it),

⟡ slight mecha (e.g ortho from twisted wonderland, boothill from honkai: star rail)

    PAYMENT PROCESS✮ I use PayPal, Ko-fi, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, and PayNow.✮ If you want to use PayPal or Kofi to pay, please do keep in mind that there are transaction fees!✮ I shall issue a 4% transaction fee to those using Kofi✮ Paypal users will have their own transaction fees calculated by Paypal✮ It is recommended if you tell me your budget first hand, however it is not necessary.✮ Client has to pay after I have finished the piece.✮ However, if client chooses to pay early, there will be refunds once I have proceeded to finish the commission.

            DURATION✮ How long I take may vary depending on how complex or simple the commission is.✮ If you request a rendered piece, it will most likely be done in 2-3 months as rendering takes a long time for me.✮ However, if you request anything other than that, it will most likely be done under 1 month.

      WORKING PROCESS✮ Client will receive a draft sketch for approval and continue to receive drafts of the piece afterwards.✮ Please list all the changes you wish for me to make when you receive these drafts.✮ I will proceed to finish the piece once client is satisfied with the initial sketch.✮ I will be giving updates on the commission from time to time.
